PC Users not getting Campus Heroes 87 BND for challenges
I have completed around 170 stars, no Campus Hero 87 pack. Restarted the app multiple times. Hearing other users on PC not getting the pack as well.

Summarize your bug Hi guys Since the new set of challenge "Campus Heroes", i'm not receiving my player packs ! I still not received 2 BND 87 Ovr All conference fantasy pack (one from challenge and one from Face to Face college OT And a redzone pack from the Competitive pass. Can you help ?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue guys, usually there is a small delay with the rewards and i need to leave MUT to refresh but this time it's not working
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing i just pass the recquirement and nothing happen
What do you expect to see? I expect to find my pack

Yea I'm missing both of my free campus heroes as well.
at 125 stars you’re supposed to receive an 87 BND player. I didn’t receive it and as far as I’ve read, I’m not the only one. EA, you’ve been making the same exact game for 20 years yet you never fail to disappoint me at how much You fail at the simplest of transactions.
- @Cebucul11 I had a similar problem last game with my 3 93 rookies. When I reported the problem I got a person who seemed like the only English she spoke is “you’re not the only one and ea is working hard to fix it”. Obviously the problem was never fixed and I wouldn’t expect this one to be fixed either. EA does not care about their consumers, only about how much money they can get with the least effort
