Play clock doesn't appear or countdown

Summarize your bug Occasionally, when I'm simulating a game in Franchise and playing only the key moments, the play clock will flat out disappear, and I'll have as long as I want to snap the ball on offense. Usually this has only affected a play or a drive, but this most recent time the play clock has completely failed to return throughout the 4th quarter, having been replaced with two dashes.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? To be honest with you, I haven't a clue what's causing the bug, so I couldn't tell you
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no play clock counting down while the game clock is counting down and I have as long as I want to snap the ball
What do you expect to see? I expect there to be a play clock that gives me a time limit on how long I have before I must snap the ball

This has been going on for about a day or two now and has happened about four or five times total. Usually the play clock will resume at some point (I hadn't really been making a note of the specific instance) but the most recent time, I was able to basically run down the game clock as much as I wanted on offense for the entire fourth quarter.
