I’ve had the same problem. It actually started a few weeks ago when It was stuck on week one of the preseason & I was unable to start my franchise. They were able to fix that problem(not sure what they did)but now find myself in the same situation stuck on regular season week one…..kinda defeats the purpose of the game mode. It’s very frustrating!
