Player disappeared from item binder after buying from auction Block MUT 23

Purchased a 89ovr Randy moss before I went to bed off the action block for 416,000 coins.I didn’t add him to my line up just went to bed but he was appearing in my binder.when I get off work the next...

    Hi @AxelsDad Sometimes there can be a delay in seeing a player appear in your Binder, I would recommend waiting for 24 hrs for the item to show up and completely restarting the game to verify if the item appears in MUT. 

    If you continue to see issues after, reach out to our support to take a further look at your account.

was this ever resoloved or a solution provided? I have had this happen to me for probably 10 good players. So annoying. is there a way to refresh or for EA to tell what happen to the cards or where they are?

So now it seems like this is happening to more players.... I've had 4 of my best players dissappear out of nowhere and talked to ea and they said they couldn't do anything because there was no fraud in the system. But clearly this is a glitch/bug issue.... I've lost 93 Jason Taylor (bought at auction) 92 tyreek hill (won in sets) 92 Mark clayton (bought at auction) and 90 tua tagaviola ( bought at auction) I haven't played the game since and I hope ea compensates us for this issue....  EA please fix this!!!!!
