Player glitch

EA! please help me out i pulled 95 bruce smith from the variety packs and after and later on like 2 hours later i pulled 95 mike williams but 30 minutes later after i finished eating i went to go sell the players and both of them were not in my binder please fix this 100k training a sold half my team and i get bugged out and the bruce and williams wasent in my binder.please give them back to me I was so excited that I finally got luck my xbox account is lil boy zay
