If so would it be possible to get the names of all the challenges you see this happen in and a video of it happening? (play until you run into it, close the game complete (even from quick resume), and relaunch and try the challenge again)

List all the challenges that give you the error: When i try to play franchise or MUT. Only game mode that it allows me to play is Play Now.
What troubleshooting steps have you tried: I've tried everything posted on here. Nat open, DNS changed etc.
Is it possible to get screenshots or a video clip before/during/after the error occurs? My screenshots are the same as everyone else here. I have been dealing with this all week. Can i please get this fixed. Im missing alot of MUT time
Your stupid suggestions don't work. We need a damn fix now all this money we spent for what? We can't play solos solo battles h2h we can't do nothing! We all have the same issue and yall keep saying the same dumb stuff that doesn't work fix the fkn game or give us a refund

Also it’s not letting me play legends week 1 finale challenge that’s the only one I can’t do
Going on 7 days glad i spent money on a game i cannot play ea sports its not loading a game should be your motto
