Playing Ultimate team on PS4.
When going into solo challenges I constantly get the error “our servers cannot process your request, please try again at another time.”
I have tried every option I can think of and can’t complete a single challenge.
Someone please help if possible. Any info is a benefit.

What were you doing when it happened? I was adding 92 DT Richard Seymour to my Defensive Line Up at DT1 and RDT1, after opening second Gift from Christmas promo. More specifically, after I used 5 Training to change Seymour's Team Chem to ZC, the DT3 or DT4 position literally disappeared. After rotating through my DTs, from the Inventory screen and using 'Promote to Starter', the Defensive Line Up incorrectly showed wrong players in line up. Around 11:15am, I attempted to Create New Roster, then (bad idea, I know), Generate Best Lineup using ZC Team Chem. At this point, multiple positions on both Offense, Defense, as well as Blitz/Rush went missing. I was then booted off Server and cannot Access MUT since.
What was the last action you completed before it happened? Generated Best Lineup, using defaults and ZC team chem
How often does the bug occur? Cannot Access MUT after: per EA Help, complete console shutdown, disconnect from outlet, wait 30 minutes; uninstall / install on home Xbox; install on another Xbox in same household; attempt to access line up in Madden Companion App (iOS) etc.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open my Team Lineup, if you can Access MUT with my Account; log into the Madden Companion App, try to view players; attempt to place a Bid in the AH using Madden Companion App, etc.
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have

All other Madden Accounts in household have no problems accessing MUT on same Console as well as respective home Consoles, also wired.
Verizon has no outages, Microsoft is standing by to process refund, and Paypal is ready to support dispute resolution with screen capture of this Post.
