Playing the yard vs my friends

This is also happening to me and my brother trying to play the new spongebob event against the CPU

@EA_Blueberry @EA_Joz I think my standalone post was moved into this thread, but this thread does not apply to my issue. I am unable to play with friends on some events cooperatively. We are not concerned about playing versus each other. We just want a resolution to this problem because, as things are now, we are pretty much stuck playing the same few early events over and over. We cannot play any events that have come out after (I think) Bo Field. We are very eager to find a solution so that we can play them together. I'll briefly reiterate my original post in case that helps:

We are able to play most of the early events with no problem. Whenever we try to play a later event, however, the game gets stuck at the point that it asks us to ready up. One person will ready up and that will display properly for all players. When subsequent players attempt to also ready up, the game suddenly displays to each individual person that no other players have readied up, and there is no way to unready and try again without leaving the lobby. We get stuck at that point every time and cannot move on. The only events that we CAN consistently play together are: 

• Lambeau Tailgate
• Bo Field at Nike HQ
• Miami Port
• F.O.B. Nico
• Brandenburg Festival 

We really want to try out the other ones together and we have sadly missed out on playing several temporary events as a group, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
