Points Purchasing Error Madden 21

I can’t buy points. It says points purchasing error. No point offers were found. Please check back later. What do I do?

    I just had to close the game and reopen it and I got them

    Hey @crinkle0, 

    Which platform are you playing on? Are you getting a particular error when you're trying to buy points? If so, what's the full error message?

    Hello,

    I have just payed 3 times £1 and did not get my 500 Points. I'm on PC. 

    Could you help me please ?

    PS : The error is like it asks for the CCV and then says it's not recognising the card or something which makes no sense as I bought points with this card this week and last week.

    @EA_Blueberry I’m having this same issue currently in MUT. It says no points available for purchase. Never even gets to the screen where I select a card to pay. I’m one Xbox one s. I’ve restarted my game, uninstalled it, and reset my modem.
