Pre-Draft Interviews
Hello Madden game creators. I just want to say that I am very disappointed and frustrated with your recent installment of Madden 23. This game has been very underwhelming, and it's caused me to start questioning if Madden games will ever be different and more unique than it has been. I think that you guys need to bring some more realism to the next Madden game in a way that you have never done before. I want to see Pre-Draft Interviews in the Franchise Mode during the offseason leading up to the draft. Pre-Draft interviews are one of the most important parts of the draft process because you get a chance to speak with and get to know potential draft selections for your team who you think may be a good fit for the team. What you guys should do is allow us as the GM to conduct up to 10 pre-draft interviews with any prospects that we really like in the upcoming draft. During the interviews, we should be given a variety of questions that should be based on scheme fit, favorite offensive play that you like to run, what player you model your game after, and what you feel you would bring to this team as a potential selection. After every interview, based on the answers that each prospect gives you, there should be indicators and notes added to their scouting report that would reflect how well they did. The notes should also mention whether or not this prospect would be a great fit for my team based on the scheme and what kind of plays they like to run best. If any of our selected prospects interviewed ends up doing horrible in their session, their draft stock should see some kind of decline to reflect how poorly their interview went. Each team including the users should have the chance to conduct Pre-Draft interviews because it would make the draft and conversations leading up to the draft much more exciting and suspenseful. I think that this would be a great idea for Madden creators. Please add Pre-draft interviews to the Madden Franchise Mode. The NFL Draft process in the game desperately needs this option, because it's lacks so much authenticity and realism that the real NFL Draft brings us every year.
