Preordered Madden 23 and received disc with no code

I preordered Madden 23 standard edition for PS5 from Target on 8/17/22, and received the disc on 8/30/22. 
There was no preorder bonus code included in the case and few times I tried to contact EA Sports help chat, I was told to wait and it will be added, or just check EA Spots help Twitter account.

    Hi @machao1226 To confirm if you purchased a digital copy of Madden 23 from Target and they sent a physical copy you will want to get in touch with their support for assistance with the order. Our support is unable to assist with purchase issues from retailers outside the Origin/EA App platform.

    2 people I talked to from the customer service had no answer. One said to wait and the other said to just keep checking the Twitter account. And the answer I finally get here is that it’s our product, but you didn’t buy from us, so it’s not our problem.
