Prime Rewards

Hello, I've recently claimed my prime gaming rewards for Madden 23 and havent recieved them. Is there any way to fix this. I've checked the linked accounts and everything that the FAQ has asked. Thanks In Advance!

If you're saying your PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag is linked to a different account, you can unlink it, but you will lose all content and progress for all EA games when you link it to another account. This can only be done every 6 months so that's probably why you're seeing a date of 3/14 for when this can be done next.

Here are some tips regarding Prime Gaming rewards:

Note: these must be done on a computer PC or Mac and not mobile nor the Twitch App.

    1) Log into the Twitch website with your Twitch account. https://www.twitch.tv/

    2) Then click on the Crown icon on the upper-righthand side. If you can't find that icon, click here instead. https://gaming.amazon.com/intro?ingress=twch

    3) Find the Prime Gaming Content you wish to claim and click the BLUE Claim button. If you see steps show up on the account screen, please follow the steps.

    4) If everything is done correctly it will show that it was claimed successfully.

Also, please make sure you've logged fully into MUT to check for your reward after claiming it. If you have not received it, please go back to the Prime gaming page, and try claiming a different reward for Madden 23 or any other EA game and that will trigger the linking process again.

Please let me know if these work. Thanks!

  • I think I may have found it the problem. I think it was somehow linked to my dad's account and i didn't notice because he had the same name as me. I found it weird because i had calmed things before. But anyways could i possibly unlink my dad's account without having to wait? Because it's telling me i can change it on the 14th of March.

    Thanks!

  • This is for the link between my ea account and Amazon account. I just wanted to know if there was a way around unlinking by contacting support or if I am required to wait until the set date no matter what.
