ps4 madden 15 ultimate edition content code problem
I understand that their were issues with Xbox owners and the ultimate edition content, but I have a PS4 and I too am unable to receive my pro packs after I redeemed my code.

- Had it been 24 hours since the redeem? I know the last thing you wanna hear is hurry up and wait but unfortunately that's were we are at. Took me personally 14 hours after redeem to get my packs.
If it's been longer EA is in then process of dealing with this problem.
