Summarize your bug on the main menu, search for the update for live content and then press the touch pad. Game hard crashes to PS5 menu every time.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Search for live content on the main menu and then hit the touch pad once the search is done
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashed and the screen to report the error comes up
What do you expect to see? I have not had any update to the live content since week 1, same games as week 1

Madden 23 on PS5 crashes 100% of the time on the main menu when I search for updates for Live Content after searching I'll press the touch pad button and the game crashes immediately. I have not been able to get any live content updates since week 1.
