Summarize your bug 2 Issues here. Issue 1: It's very difficult to actually get into a head to head online game (through the Exhibition menu). When I enter matchmaking, sometimes it finds an opponent. I then select the Gameplanning for offense and defense. Once I do this, it then takes me right back to the matchup screen. From that screen, I again hit advanced settings, and it takes me to a blank page with the options of save and back at the bottom (screen shot attached). I back out of that. Hit advanced settings again, and I always find that the playbooks selected are the team playbooks for the team I was going to be matched up against. I then change these back to my custom playbooks and hit save. I'm then back at the matchmaking screen again and hit advance to find a match. On this screen, it then starts the clock counting. However, at this point, I have no option available to back out. The clock just runs and runs. It appears, that throughout this process, the team that I was initially matched up against (if they are mic'd up) is still connected to me. I have all my chat and speakers for that muted, but I can see the little icon with their user name which is where I'm surmising this from. Eventually, the matchmaking just times out and I get the "Failed to Start Game! An unexpected error occurred while starting your game." message. Occasionally, I'll get lucky and be able to get to a game match, but it takes 30-60 min of trying and restarting, etc. and sometimes it just never works...very frustrating. Issue 2: The setting for online head-to-head is greyed out and set to unranked. I want to play ranked, but have not been able to access that setting as it is always greyed out.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Issue 1) I go to Exhibition > Online Head to Head > Quick Match. I then hit Advanced Settings to choose my custom Offensive and Defensive playbooks, then hit save. I then try click advance. Issue 2) I go to Exhibition > Online Head to Head > Settings. I try to go to Game Type, but it is the only option that is greyed out on the menu and it is set to "Unranked" (want it to be Ranked).

What do you expect to see? Issue 1: I expect to be able to play online head to head ranked when I follow the path. Issue 2: I expect to be able to change all the menu options...particularly the Game Type from Unranked to Ranked.
PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here. Issue 1: (From PS5) "Failed to Start Game! An unexpected error occurred while starting your game." Issue 2: No error message to report...just greyed out.
