PSN Login Error
Whenever I try to use the PlayStation login option, I get an error “connect_error_social_login_failure” and then I’m promoted to reset my password. This does not solve the issue. I’ve reset my password multiple times and still I get the same error. I have also confirmed my PSN account is not linked to any other EA accounts.

This error typically means that your PSN ID is already linked up to another already existing EA account- usually one that has been deleted or deactivated due to inactivity.
