Purchased points today. I was charged and did not receive the points.

Today I purchased 1050 points for $9.99 plus tax which was $10.54. I was instantly charged and the money was removed from the account and I also received a confirmation email that I had place the order and the date I would be charged which was today 1/26/2015. 

The money was removed and I have no points....This is unacceptable. 

Where are my points? Why was I charged if I have not received my points? This is completely unacceptable.

    I see quite a few of us having this problem today. They better be working on it and they need a number for us to call customer support i want to talk to a human not a computer.

    Whats up guys I dont know if your on Xbox live but I just spoke to a EA rep and then I looked at http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status Billing is down on Microsofts end right now. EA rep said when it comes back up on there end the points should go through. Idk if this is true sounds good makes sence so I figured I share it.

    This sucks. I've been waiting since 8am. And I haven't received my points. They better throw some kind of reperations.

    what really drives me nuts is that this is actually a great game this year and it never gets old trying to learn how to beat coverages and play better. But now I just want those sony hackers to hold EA for ransom until they start taking care of customers.

    I guarantee you that there will be no compensation for this issue. It has happened several times to me this year and was once offered a silver contract pack I'm FIFA which I do not own and that sounds to me like a 50 cent product anyway. EA is blowing it this year and we all allow them to by continuing to give them business regardless. I'm mad at myself
