Purchased points today. I was charged and did not receive the points.

Today I purchased 1050 points for $9.99 plus tax which was $10.54. I was instantly charged and the money was removed from the account and I also received a confirmation email that I had place the order and the date I would be charged which was today 1/26/2015. 

The money was removed and I have no points....This is unacceptable. 

Where are my points? Why was I charged if I have not received my points? This is completely unacceptable.
