QB head stuck before snap

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Xbox Series X

Which mode has this happened in? Play Now
Summarize your bug Prior to the snap, I’ve noticed the CPU QB’s head get stuck looking left or right. This is independent of pre-snap adjustments. He gets set and then his head snaps to the left or right and gets stuck there until the snap.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a game against the CPU and watch the QB while he’s in shotgun.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. Just looks awkward.
What do you expect to see? Head straight or scanning the defense, not stuck in one position.

    @NavyBeas A fix was done for a QB in the last patch but it was for something else.

    Not every single bug fix is mentioned in the patch notes though, so it could be worth jumping into a game just to see if it's still there.

    We'll keep an eye out for more reports though, thanks for the heads up and enjoy the weekend!

    Hey, @NavyBeas 

    You marked it's happening 50-99% of the time. Have you tried re-installing the game to see if that helps fix this? If you're using an external hard drive, make sure all files are deleted from both the internal and external before re-installing. Ensure post installation updates are also designated to the same drive. 

    I haven't seen others report this yet, so I'm hoping it's due to corrupted data or it could be a corrupted save if it's only happening in Franchise mode.

    I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled many times (mainly from frustration of the gameplay). It still occurs. It’s not breaking the game, but just something to look at. 

    For me, it happens in all modes I play, not just franchise. It’s not a big deal to me now.

    Very strange, I haven't seen others report this so it's odd the behavior still shows up after re-installs. Do you have anything plugged into your console's USB drives?

    Nothing plugged in. I play on the Series S, so not sure if it’s a Next Gen issue or what. I haven’t played the game in a few weeks, so I’m not sure if it’s still going on or if anyone else has the same issue.
