Quick Resume Issue

I hope that someone can help me solve this issue. In March, I got Madden23 for the Xbox Series X. And since I got it, every time I launch the game with quick resume, what happens in the video attached occurs.
This issue does not occur when it is launched without Quick Resume, and the game logs into the EA servivers just fine. My counsole is hardwired to the internet, and I have tried resetting the counsole as well, and this keeps happening. Madden is the only game where this issue happens. I want to know if there is a permanent solution to this problem instead of opening the game, closing the game, and reopening it every time I want to play. Thanks.

Quick Resume causes issues in all our sports games. That's because they need an online connection. When using Quick Resume, the game is essentially in a sleep mode state. The connection is severed though so when you start it back up, it needs to reconnect. This isn't always a smooth process. For example, I play a lot of NHL 23. Every time I start it up again, I have to give it a good 30 seconds or need to connect to an offline mode and then go back to the main menu to restore the connection. You can also exit out of the game and load in to it again. So, in the future, I would suggest trying one of these. Most likely, exiting out of Madden and loading back in to it will resolve this.
