Quickselling players and not receiving the training credit
We have done quicksell on 3 players including a 93 RGIII for 33,000 training and did not receive the training credit. In total we have quicksold 3 players for 43,000 training and have received nothing. How can we fix this? We have tried contacting EA for help and it’s been impossible. The 2 people we spoke with had trouble with English and had no idea how to help and didn’t know what madden 23 was. We’ve chat with customer support then after they get all the details ask questions that we answer and right when we think they will help they say, there’s nothing we can do. I have a video of me quickselling a 93 RGIII for 33,000 and we get nothing, then an error message. Then we go back to the item binder and he’s there for only 800 training and now he’s gone from the binder and we received nothing. So frustrating!! We hope EA can honor the 43,000 training we lost or give us a refund or send us a gift card to make up the difference. I’ve tried to attach the video and pictures but it won’t let me. I would like to email the video. Any suggestions?
