20 year loyal player banned

I am starting to understand that at this point, but why will they not disclose my interpreted violation? I am sure people lie and mislead, I want them to check my user log and see my gaming time to comprehend my MUT strategy.. why is this such a secretive thing?  I truly do not want to take this beyond a simple email regarding a video game... BUT.... I am to a point where the principal of this interruption is enough to drive me to pursue ramifications way beyond what is needed at this point.. at the end of the day, this is a video game, I didn’t buy or share coins, I only have ONE account, I was in no way abusive to other gamers... I think being a dedicated player of this game, I at the VERY LEAST deserve an explanation... I’ve put at least 1,000 hours into this game since it came out and to be tossed to the curb like I have been with minimal honest consideration is an absolute abuse of moral/ethical standards.. 

If there is a “team” that has denied my request, why is it that I cannot even get an individual to discuss the determination. Please help a simple minded professional comprehend that there is a team to ban a player but nobody to physically talk with in person to discuss the details? This decision may be appropriate and conclusive for the kids playing this game that don’t know any better and would probably just create a new username or whatever and move on, but that’s not me.. please help a fellow gamer out or put me in contact with someone who can, I will not stop until I AM HEARD!!!
