The worst part is Im part of what i think is the first wave been banned for 7 days + now and it happened on Monday, and a Big one last night i wonder if there will be more today , and again on Monday! Its gets worse by the day not better thats what dis encouraging !

How are you affiliated with EA and claim ignorance on such a major issue?

This has been going on a full week with NO response at all. I'm sure not 100% of the people are innocent but I'd bet its close

If not, I'll be disputing the charges with EA first, then to Microsoft, and finally to PlayStation where I purchased the game. Then obviously my CC company. It's outrageous

At least we have 1 person unbanned which is good news.  Easports, I hope you increase that number exponentially. I have faith in you

Was also banned earlier this week. Have a case open but have heard nothing. Have paid over $1k buying points to purchase packs Since August 21, 2020! In the past two weeks trying to pull LTDs bought out all the packs I could, sold over 200 gold cards on the auction, then finally broke down and purchased the Denzel Ward LTD off the block when it dropped to 800k coins.....come back to the game later and my account is suspended permanently for coin distribution! Have yet to receive an email from EA with further information as the suspension menu claimed I would. Have only received one email from the EA team acknowledging my case is pending after I initially opened it. On my EA access page the case has been updated twice but still no email or contact back from EA. Long time Madden player from years past but I took about an 8 year break, recently came back to it and I've only played Madden MUT since April of this year. Never done anything other than use the auction block to buy and sell cards for or from my squad. Never received any kind of warning....just slapped with a permanent suspension with no explanation as to why! Not a very professional way of doing business or treating customers who pay way too much for a hobby they enjoy! Communication is KEY....and there is none!!!

I’m just curious how it takes longer than a week to figure out if someone cheated, took part in “coin distribution,” etc. It really shouldn’t be that difficult.

I was banned about 10 days ago. The reason they used was coin distribution. In reality I was just not spending money on their game. I made over a million in coins flipping cards on the app all day. Just received an email that after further review they are giving me access to my account back. Just got on and saw the value in my binder full cards has plummeted. Literally lost $100,000s in coins. Not to mention the 10 days I lost I could have made a couple more million. This is not acceptable. I want compensation. We all need to demand it or get our money for the game back

@mpjackson2009 did they provide you with any kind of make good? (Such as additional madden points?)
