Yeah exactly going on a month Now and no transparency. I mean what other company would you not hear back from in over a month and not come out and even say they are looking into things. PEople have spent thousands and I know not everyone cheated or bought/sold coins. I was one of them using the companion app to snipe and sell cards. Played their games for years and then bam. ALso have never been banned by EA before so even if some people did break a rule ive never seen more than a few day or week ban for a first offense. This is just absurd and I wish someone would open a class action on these scum or something.

  • yep then try and sell people on how they care with all these initiatives that they dont even follow.  Tough one forsure.  after last year BS calling it in so early i was not going to even play this year but like a fool i did and put in a ton of hours grinding and money on bundles.   i wish i could go back and smack myself in August thinking this year would be different.  Worse part is all these youtubers and how they flaunt coin sponsors and EA pretends they dont see it because the people know each other.  I think Kraelo talks direct to almost all of them so just seems odd how they do their TOS.  Perm ban people for app use and farming then turn a blind eye to coin selling sponsors...wild

  • @cackster38 @DeuceQuattro24 Yeah, going on week 3 now.  Funny thing is EA posted a note saying something to the effect of  “Our team is going to celebrate the holidays with their families so you may not see action on your help ticket”.  Well, there was a status update about every 4 hours from December 23 to December 27 and then nothing.  So was there a bot touching my account?  WTF EA.  As a consumer product company, you absolutely suck.

    @James_Thiele  ya all of our accounts did that from the people i talked to.  i finally realized it was just a computer program updating it.  Why, false hope as a joke i guess.   i am thinking they get off on messing with us with fake updates and with no info.

    For real and all you can get is ask EA help to what the update is. I gave up talking to them and trying to get any info. They just say they cant open the ticket and look or it will count as resuming it and put you at the bottom of the queue again lol. You are exactly right they just want us to eventually give up and maybe they will give us our account back in a month when everything we had is useless. I mean Its been 4 whole weeks now as of tomorrow....... Not a single actual response from this company. And like i said if a Pro can get unbanned in hours it is possible for them to actually unban us but they dont give a * and just want our coins and cards off the market even though they are the ones that control it not me on the companion app with 16 million coins... But our only option is to stop buying their * products. Its sad that i only had fun playing the market and making coins and not the actual gameplay. I mean i still see people saying 5 games a weekend league is d/cs. They gave up on the game last MArch so im guessing it will be the same this year as it looks like christmas cards are almost endgame already. Just sad they cant even be real with us and A: tell us what we actually did and why they are sticking with the ban or B: unban us or acknowledge anything wrong even happend. But ya they will just keep "updating" our tickets until we all stop even checking

  • @jbyd3 Ikr they got time to add SpongeBob bs and 100$ packs but unbanning there player base? Thats gonna take couple years.....

    Yippie.  4 weeks and I get an email thanking me for my patience and that they will look into my claim eventually.  Plus info link to the TOS.  Quality support service.
