We cannot assist with bans directly here on AHQ.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

@EA_Barry Six emails. Six. No response. Absolutely no reason to ban me. Pre-ordered the game,spent some money and now I'm locked out of mut. I came here to write my awful experience and you send me back to where I started. I can't understand how you guys operate, but this is ridiculous. Two identical bans, you remove the first and you keep the second? It makes no sense, it was a false ban.
