Re: Can’t Open My Unopened Packs
I bought 2928 packs with coins and when I try to open them I am disconnected from the ea servers. I have space in my binder.

Can you let me know what platform you're playing on, and what error message you're seeing when that happens please?
PS5. When I try to enter my unopened packs the “Connection Lost” error message come up.

Give these steps a try for me and let me know if this clears up the error:
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
Is there a way I can get the 2928 packs removed from my account and the coins refunded that I used to buy them?
I can’t open any of the packs I get from solo challenges or my Christmas presents. My game just crashes.
