Re: Can’t get on Ultimate Team - Our Servers Cannot process Your Request

Hey everyone, 

We're still looking into this and working to gather more info. This error can pop up in a few different places, so we've been trying to narrow down where exactly it's happening for everyone. To help us with our investigations, we've got a few questions for those of you who are still getting this error: 

  • Do you get this error when you're trying to enter MUT from the main menu? 
  • Does it happen when you're trying to play Solo Battles? 
  • Does it happen when you're trying to play Challenges? 
  • Does it happen when you're trying to play H2H Seasons? 
  • Does it happen when you're trying to play H2H House Rules? 
  • Does it happen when you're trying to play H2H Squad Seasons? 
  • Does it happen when you're trying to play H2H All-Madden Seasons? 
  • Does it happen when you're trying to play MUT Draft? 
  • Does it happen when you're trying to Play a Friend? 

If you're able to answer the questions above that would be really helpful.

    Are you still running into this same error on your side? If so, can you let us know exactly where it's coming up for you? 

    • Do you get this error when you're trying to enter MUT from the main menu? 
    • Does it happen when you're trying to play Solo Battles? 
    • Does it happen when you're trying to play Challenges? 
    • Does it happen when you're trying to play H2H Seasons? 
    • Does it happen when you're trying to play H2H House Rules?

  • I posted this exact issue on the forums a week ago and haven’t gotten a response. I see that you’re currently one of the only people attempting to help players with this issue. Looking in other forums and the post that I made, the issue seems to stem from editing our teams (in my case updating to best overall) and getting the error when trying to play the challenges. Every other game mode works, expect MUT challenges. The error “our servers cannot process your request” pops up and after clicking on “OK” it kicks us to the main menu, out of MUT entirely. Reverting back to the original Team before clicking “Generate best overall” doesn’t solve the issue. It seems once this error occurs, the account becomes “shadow banned” from MUT.

    This issue is account based as most people are able to get on an alternative Account, and Play MUT challenges just fine. However, our main accounts are unable to play challenges. I’m currently on Xbox Series S and have been suffering from this error code since last Sunday, March 19.

    Date/time issue occurred: 3/23/23

    What were you doing when it happened? In main menu and clicked on Ultimate Team. Issue would occur when trying to load an ultimate challenge, MUT Squads lobby, or when I do a head to head lobby the timer would search for up to 30 minutes

    What was the last action you completed before it happened? Clicked on ultimate team

    How often does the bug occur? 1st time

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?I am not sure I can use another account and play ultimate team just fine it seems to only occur on my account. My friend also loaded up my account on his xbox and the bug still will not go away even on his end. It is an account issue and I am not sure how to fix it. i have tried every solution you have recommended in this forum and others. This issue has been going on for nearly a week.

    Error message: Our servers are unable to process your request right now. Try again later.

  • I’m still having this problem, I miss out on promotions and daily coins, because of this bug.

    Still havent been abke to fix this issue after a call and live chat with two different agents at EA

  • Xbox One ..    ERROR    Our servers cannot process your request at this time.  Please try again later.    OK    --    I have had it happen to me not only in the CHALLENGES, but also in the MISSIONS. Interestingly enough, only in some, but not in others. I'll go to CHALLENGES, and try to finish up my Weekly Wildcards Week 11, Adoree' Jackson, and I get the ERROR transmission! But if I go to Legends, and start at Week 1, I can play it and continue throughout that complete set of CHALLENGES.  Then I go to MISSIONS, and I attempt to play AANHPI HERITAGE MONTH, Roman Gabriel, same message. Yet, I can play BACKYARD BALLERS (in MISSIONS) , Conquering the Conquerors, Block Battle, Rushmore Heights and play through each of them. I don't understand why I get this message on some, and not the others? But really, why at all?
