Re: Cannot create ultimate team

I am in the exact same scenario expect my game crashed once I completed the mission. I had my friend check my progress in the mission and it said I had 0 stars. I can still access the MUT store but that is it

I am on PS5

I even deleted and redownloaded the game to see if that would fix the issue

Same here. So far nothing I’ve done has worked and I’m just about out of things to try. I contacted EA and their response time says 72 hours…

Is there any progress on how to move past this issue so I can play ultimate team?

My friend and I figured out how to fix it. Have someone else invite you to do the first starter challenge. Complete it with them and it will show them all as completed

When I logged into MUT last week it was fixed and I was able to create my full team. Thanks!

Yes I'm on Xbox series s and my mut is still not letting me start my team after I finished all the goals multiple times

Have you been able to get this resolved?  My son's is doing this on his Xbox one series S?  Trying to find a resolution.
