Re: Claimed Several Twitch Drops, Have Yet to Receive in Game

Hi @vb7sibity @mattyv1414 To confirm if you are still missing Twitch drops, Make sure your accounts are connected and you actively watched the stream for at least an hour. 

After you should see a notification in your twitch inventory to claim the rewards, If you are still missing them reach out to our support to look at your account further.

  • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance

    @EA_Illium I did watch the streams for an hour and got the notification to claim and I did in my account it was claimed but never made it to my account …….I have reached out at least 5 times and I’m not getting an answer as to why they aren’t working
