Thanks for following up. There are some other things we can try that may help stop these disconnections. If you haven't already can you try setting a different DNS in Windows to see if that makes a difference at all? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with similar issues. 

You can update the DNS through the TCP/IP Settings in Windows. For more details on how to change them check out the Microsoft Support website. If you choose the Manual option you can enter a DNS of your choosing. I usually recommend the public Google DNS (primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.

Why should we have to change anything on a brand new system. Do they not bother checking this *? They turn it on and I boots up and they're like, ok box it up and ship it.

You guys need to figure out how to fix this for everyone cause this is crap!
