I received tokens for the first 2 weeks, but didn't get it last night. I watched the entire stream, didn't have it muted, and was active in the chat. What gives?

@nyrageous Did you have any other streams going on other tabs in the background?
Please reach out to our Support team so they can check your account on why it wasn't received.I thought this was "reaching out to the support team". Why else would I have to put in SO much irrelevant information.
@EA_BlueberryI was told to come post in forums by EA Help about missing 2 crowns. I got 2 crowns week 1 and 1 crown week 2. Nothing from last night and seems like im missing one from another week because i see people have all 5 already. Watched all streams from start to finish with sound on.
I have also watched every stream and only received 4 when others have 5.
Not receiving twitch drops or morning madden packs. Solo battle game freezes at half. Call ea help and get hung up on with no help sad I spent alot of money on this game
