Hey, all!

If you are missing a Crown Token, please check your binder and sort by NEW to see if it's been auto-sent there instead of a pack.

If you are missing a Crown Token and need an Advisor to check to see if you were eligible to receive one from the stream, please contact our Support team via the options below.

    Is there a list of all the requirements to receive these crowns because I've watched every one except one stream and haven't received 3 tokens for them yet. I just want to make sure I'm meeting all the requirements correctly. Thanks.

    @enspi 

    I recommend logging in prior to the stream starting and do not have any other streaming tabs open. 

    If you haven't been getting the Crown Tokens at this point though, I'm concerned the Twitch and EA account link isn't properly set up. Have you reached out to our Support to confirm they're both linked correctly?
