Same exact problem down to the T whats up with madden i literally can not get passed the screen.

I also posted in the Bug Reports section as it seems to get more eyes
I've been online with chat support for an hour now, they still want to only troubleshoot my end instead of investigating server issues which it clearly seems to be since people from xbox, playstation, and PC are all having the same issue.
