I found a solution that worked for me. Close the app. And open it without being connected to the internet. Then it should load all the way up. After turn your internet back on and go back to the app n sign into the EA server. It should work.

So, I’ve got this same issue making the game completely unplayable on my XBOX One. To pay as much money as we do for these games this is absolutely ridiculous. When will there be a fix for this?
Tried the previous suggestion of disconnecting from the internet and trying to open the game...
Nope. Still asks for signup. Then says it can't open the game without connection to internet.
Imagine that, we're ALL unpaid Tech Support today. In fact WE paid to be it.

Summarize your bug After I updated Madden, I logged on and it’s been stuck on the same page of Tom Brady. I can’t do anything. I can’t go back or move around and it just shows Tom Brady and a physique selection bar beside him. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and I still have the same problem.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After the new update on September 2, the game won’t let me play anything on it. It’s stuck on the same screen. It’s actually pissing me off.
