Re: [Franchise] got fired as Coach although option is turned off

Same exact issue (Xbox One). First time, had Coach Firing set to "CPU Only" and got fired by year 3. Second attempt in season 2 had Coach Firing set to "Off" and was fired again. Very frustrating and limiting in this year's franchise mode.
