@ck2fly please be aware that bumping is against the forum rules! Unfortunately, the community managers are not able to react to all bug reports and posts immediately. This would take a lot of time. However, they collect all feedback and report it to the dev team. From my perspective, it is more important that the dev team is made aware of the issues in order to be enabled working on it than to delay this process by quick responses to the forum.

However, I'd guess I can imagine that it is frustrating if you as a player do not get any response.
