I was also tbanned on the transfermarkt of Fifa 21 one week ago. I just purchased players Düring the market crash during the futties event and sold them with a profit. I got banne being accused if transferring coins which is not true. I opened a case in order to dispute the ban but the answer was as expected. An auto mail telling me that the ban is correct and will not be removed. It is a shame because so many other users have the same experience. being accused of cheating which is in fact not true. I am very disappointed about this behaviour.

Same thing happened to my daughter last night she's only just started getting into fifa after the last few years of just fortnite fortnite fortnite ☹️ Well she has been doing the weekly grind in division and squad battles plus loads of sqad swaps ☹️ she managed to get together quite an awesome team of untradebles then all she needed was left back then bam banned ☹️ ea this is terrible she's so upset ☹️ it's funny as so many people were legit cheating in friendlies this week and she stuck it out no disconnects unlike everyone else was doing

The same problem friend...I am 39 years old, my son and I have been FIFA players for 10 years. Clean account in terms of bans and incidents. I received a market ban in FIFA 21 2 days ago. I claim and they keep it. I am fully aware of the FIFA community rules and have not violated any. They accuse me of transferring coins in August !!!! The only thing I have done has been to sell many silver players at very high prices, because they are at that price in the market! What do I do now Ea Sports when you ban me for this? How do I prove my innocence? I see it well that those who violate the rules are banned but this is unjustified and they do not give me the option to prove my innocence. Both my son and I are very upset, please attend to our case and offer the possibility of proving our innocence in the department in charge of this, not in an intermediary that does not give us any solution.

I am Also aware of their policy and rules, but i got frusterated one time in years and got supsended and a one week ban. This guy said and did something in apex legends so i said something bad in chat that i regret and now i cant use the market on companion app.

I wanna beat they're heads open. Liars and cheats.

I will do my best to share how this game sucks and the way they operate is very bad for business. Not mine, they're game.  * idiots

There’s a reason why their loot box business model is being banned in many countries. EA is an abhorrent company who not only has the audacity to suck people in with their addictive loot boxes that are no different than a slot machine, but they will then ban people for really any little thing and take any minimal “winnings” you’ve earned back. And then what recourse do you have? A fake dispute process wherein you’ll receive a generic canned statement generated by a bot? And then when you understandably try to take your complaint here you just receive another canned generic message like you see here from the “moderator”.

It’s for this reason why your response it not at all unsurprising to me. The lack of customer service and the manner in which they can confiscate a digital asset that you’ve undoubtedly spent a great deal of time and money on, and to do so without recourse, can naturally illicit such a response; however, until people began to turn their thoughts into action, nothing will change. EAs goal here is to make you feel powerless, but you are not. This is why I would encourage anyone with issues to write or call their elected representatives because it’s an issue that simply doesn’t receive enough attention because it’s really not within their worldview. That, combined with not purchasing their products and advocating against the use of their products on as many mediums as possible is the only thing that will lead to change. 

They actually banned me for not speaking English in a lobby chat with my friend. They are racists.
