Re: I can't play online

Hi @Grose34556

Madden will need you to log into your EA Account before it's able to connect to any of the online features. Since it's sending a verification code to an email address you aren't able to access, the best thing to do would be to fill out the account recover form on the EA Help website so the team can take a look. They'll work on getting the email updated so they can help you log into that account and get online.

You can fill out the form over at the EA Help website

If you don't mind sending a screenshot of what you're seeing when you try to fill out the form I would really appreciate it.

    Hi @ShadowSnipez21

Have you checked to see if the codes might be getting sent to your spam or junk mail folder? Sometimes our automated emails can get caught up in spam filters.

If you're still not seeing the verification code emails at all the best thing to do would be to reach out to the EA Help team. They should be able to help get the codes sorted out for you. For more details on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website

If you prefer you can also speak with them through Twitter or Facebook as well.

Gotcha. The best thing to do in that case would be to reach out to the EA Help team so they can help get this figured out. I'm afraid that account issues like this aren't something we're able to investigate here on Answers HQ.
