Hi i have redeemed jim brown but he has not appeared. I know i did this right because i received the other prime offer (jerseys and prime pack) please help! -Ben

Did you link the wrong EA Account to your Twitch account? Disconnecting Electronic Arts from your Twitch account in your Twitch Connection Settings won’t unlink your accounts.
Follow our steps here to make sure you get unlinked:
- Click Contact Us at the top of help.ea.com.
- Choose Madden 20 as your game.
- Pick the platform that you play on.
- Click Twitch Prime for the topic.
- Click Account link issue for the issue.
- You’ll be taken to a page where you can Click here if you need to unlink your EA Account from your Twitch account.
Once you’ve unlinked your EA Account from your Twitch account, you’ll need to unlink your accounts from Twitch, too.
- Go to twitch.tv.
- Go to your Settings.
- Click Connections.
- Scroll down to Other connections.
- Click Disconnect next to Electronic Arts.
Now that you’ve unlinked your accounts from both ends, you can relink your Twitch account to the right EA Account to start getting your rewards.

The issue isn't really unlinking my twitch and EA accounts. My EA account that is on my xbox is the account I'm trying to link twitch to. The problem is when I try to link my twitch account to the EA account, it sends a confirmation email to an email I no longer have access to. So I'm just trying to change the email address of my original EA account, which seems impossible for some reason. When I try to change my email address on my EA account, it sends a verification to that email...that I don't have access to
