Re: Keep getting kicked from EA servers

Hi, @Domingo3544 

Sorry to hear you're getting kicked from every EA game you play. Which platform do you play on and do these steps below help keep you in the game?

Reboot the power to the modem/router

  1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

PS4:

Power Cycle

  1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
  2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

Xbox One:

Power Cycle the Console

  1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

  1. Plug the console power cable back in.
  2. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    How do we fix it on ps5 every game I win I get kicked out after the match

    If you're getting kicked from every game you're playing it's likely there is some type of hiccup in the connection that just needs to be fixed through a basic reboot. Restart your modem/router and power cycle the console. If it's still happening, please go through all the steps in the article below:

    I have followed every step on ps4 and I am still getting kicked out after every game I play and I need to do these icon swaps

    Have you tried all the connectivity steps in the article I linked above and have you ran a UO Trace via a PC to see if there is any packet loss or wide ping variance? (Its located in that link)

    I get constant menu crashes, inability to properly launch a game, booted from the game when I do. I can barely play a game of fifa or even grind menus. Your game doesn't work so I want a refund or equilavent return in fifa points. You've sold me a broken game where I can't play fifa or even any of the online modes. I have tested all connections as stated above. My house has fibre optic with over 400 mbs upload speed and fast download too. This is a problem with the game coding or the EA servers. Please compensate me as stated as this is completely game breaking. My game is unplayable.

    That sounds like a horrible experience I'm here to help troubleshoot this if you're up for it or at least point you in the right direction for a refund. Our forum staff can't make any changes to EA accounts. Where did you purchase FIFA from and which platform do you play the game on?

  • Help madden 22 kicks me as soon as I enter a match on squads this is the only game I have issues getting into a match no other games no my internet just madden

    @EA_Blueberry everyone is following your Instructions it is not our Internet connection it is a problem with your servers as im being kicked off my fifa 22 games, I've checked my Internet, restarted my router and all the steps you gave and its done nothing it needs sorting

    @MightyOwls7 Thank you for reaching out.

    Not all of our games run on the same servers. They are all individual instances so it's possible you could get kicked from one game but remain in another.

    Would you mind posting in the FIFA forums or add to an existing post about connectivity problems? We'll make sure the team is aware of this.

    Have you tried fixing it I would say no om trying nhl 22 I click on accept user agreement and it backs out every time and the same with football

    @Patches1969 

    There appears to be a handful of reasons that could be causing this. On our NHL 22 forums a player claimed this was due to a Pi-Hole on their network. Other players have been able to fix this by logging into profile.ea.com and making sure the region and language matches where they live. 

    Can you let me know if changing your region & language setting fixes it?

    Hi my game Keeps crashing and kicking me out of games, and some times I can't load into the lobby cuz I'll be immediately kick. I have tried restarting me console to leaving it unplugged for minutes or hours and it still keeps happening. This has been happening since the most recent update.

  • I am having this exact same problem in December 2023. 

    I don’t know what to do. EA chat sent me to this forum but no one is responding to my concern. This is such a joke.

    @EA_Blueberry It does it to me too every time so it's not a connection issue called cable company have brand new lines now and modem and router.
