@EA_Blueberry no, it's definitely not a webcam. I tried to unplug it.

And controller is not available for me without shutting down the game. The only thing I can do - shut the game with Alt-F4 or switch to the desktop by Alt-Tab.

Anyways, thanks for the help. It seems to be an issue in my system. And it suppose to be a good news for me. I'll try to move the game to another PC and probably reinstall Windows on this one.
