I am having this issue also no matter what you do if you are a low income team like jags or raiders the system won't let you make enough money during yourhome games
Exactly and cause of this I can't relocate a team because they don't make enough money, but really EA needs to fix this, if you can own a NFL team, i'm pretty sure you're gonna start off with more than 7M
