Were you previously playing the game on a Gen4 console you still own? We've seen reports where players were able to grab the content on the older gen console and then it transferred to the next gen console.

I'm not sure why you were not given the content. As long as you provide a proof of purchase for the content from your Xbox/PlayStation account our Support team has the ability to grant this content.

    Our staff has information on how to grant this content. If necessary, show them this forum post from the Madden NFL Forum Community Manager. I'm sorry you were informed differently.

    Lost my receipt didn't think to save it and now I'm just screwed contacted support they are now help just making me madder the more I think about. Hate paying money for something I will never receive this is bull I'm not going to Walmart and catching covid just to have them pull up a receipt from 3 days ago just because Ea loves to steal from people.

    I’ve talked to y’all 3 different times and every single time the EA support has told me that they couldn’t give me the pack. It’s in my transaction history for Xbox, I’ve shown receipts, and still nothing except blaming on GameStop even though it’s not a GameStop promotion, it’s an EA promotion.

    They are there just go to the lineup & change it up all the players are there
