I'm having the same problem as the original poster. I have reset my password, reset my router, reset my Playstation, deleted & uninstalled the application multiples times and have yet to access the EA servers.

Me too, it’s insane. Pay 70 dollars for a game that doesn’t even work smh
i have tried this exact same thing multiple times and nothing has fixed.

Hey EA... here's an idea... How about patching in a log in page inside Madden so that we can manually log into the EA servers with our credentials... I have never even been prompted to provide them, yet the game is telling me they are wrong... Nor are my PSN and EA accounts linked... Which is another impossibility to accomplish... SMDH.
I might have a fix for this glitch but I don’t want to be wrong about it so give me until next Tuesday to confirm it but the step is real simple

please have a fix for this all i want is aupdated roster and can not do that really sucks.. i keep getitng the reset password did that then get the have to connect to psn and ea etc etc bull crap wtf? cant you just make a tab so i can log into ea manually on the dashbaord ?

ok so basically I’ve Been having this problem where I would be able to play then get kicked out instantly if I was in a challenge and it was annoying. So what u have to do is get a new router and modem from your internet service company. Mine was spectrum so I went and traded them in and got a new modem and router for free then alls I had to do was setup the new internet and now I can play madden red dead and nba without getting an error message.
If it doesn’t work try wired connection
