Some troubleshooting steps specific to your issue/setup:

Update all available hardware drivers including Realtek audio and Webcam
Disable/uninstall/remove your Rockband Guitar controller
Download and install all available Windows Updates

I am having this exact issue and none of these solutions worked, any other ideas?

I am having the same issue, with Madden as well as F1 2023. It was happening on my laptop. I moved so got a PC and this is happening right out of the box. It's been a thing since I moved over to using the EA app. it caused me to go back to origin. But far as I know that is not an option anymore. Again this is a new build and still a problem.
