T-Mobile it has worked all this time

11/28/22 I don't know the time 

not getting an error at first it goes to load up and then it shows madden and the intro then kicks me out and says I have been signed out of psn

I updated the game because it said to update the game 

it occurs every time I try to play the game 

I have deleted it and reinstalled it, I have rebuilt the database nothing seems to work all my other psn games work just not that one

    Hi @purdy1980 Thanks for this, can we start with the following steps first?

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Verify you signed into your PSN account
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Open your PS4 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

    Hi @purdy1980 Thanks for these screenshots, for the error message ce-30005-8 can you try the steps provided by PlayStation here. Also for your network is it possible to switch from Hotspot to ethernet and check if this continues?
