I have the same issue. Played for the Majority of the day yesterday and none of my progress counted. Pretty disappointed with EA thus far this year. I spoke with EA support and they assured me that it did record and the field pass should be corrected within a couple days. However, I feel as this will not happen. I’ve had an issue with a pack opening for over a week and they keep telling me just have to wait some time and they can’t issue me a new one. Every issue I come to them with is the same story, they are looking into it and there’s nothing they can do at the moment. Then days go by and nothing gets corrected. Not to mention all the other issues with connecting to EA servers in general. Never had a madden with so many issues at the beginning.
- @Dobos12345 I mean what are we supposed to do if we don't level up I don't know what players I need I don't know if I need a quarterback or a wide receiver I have five tokens left to use for rookie premiere I don't know within the next level UPS if I pull something big I could use rookie premiere for myself what to use on the team I can't really play online because I can't level up and I'm stuck
Exactly, not to mention all the wasted time on the game since nothing recorded. Basically just wasted hours of my life for no reward if it does not record. Can’t even complete daily challenges or like you said see what is needs to be completed to level up. I wish EA would just give straight answers or compensate for all the issues that have occurred. Paid a lot of money for this game…
I’m on Xbox too so this is a cross platform issue. I have a buddy who paid for the all madden edition and hasn’t been able to connect to the servers to play at all. Basically paid extra to be able to play early and hasn’t been able to log on yet. Not sure what EA is doing or how they are going to fix this. But I’ve been pretty dissatisfied.
- @Dobos12345 I bought the game yesterday and it worked fine until Level 4 I'm still just doing challenges I expect out of nowhere I'll be level 20 because I finished all the solos because all I have left to do are like two more and the worth of the rookie Premiere is going to drop soon they're only 86 overall I'm done with all Madden's challenges I'm done with all the captain challenges I'm probably somewhere about level 12 to 16 which is any number of pools I could have out of rewards and stuff and the only thing that's going to be fair to play against is going to be the much draft because I can't take my 81 overall team online

I have the same problem as well . Started last night . Im also on the PS4 . While I understand these things happen , its very frustrating not being able to play in MUT . Especially since the Field pass is basically the core of that game mode . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Summarize your bug My fieldpass, competitive, and headliners keep giving me the same error unable to retrieve your objectives progression information from EA servers at this time. This has been going on now for over 12 hours.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on field pass.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot level up and none of my XP or any of my field pass options will work.

- @lawso002 I went over to my old account and started Madden Ultimate Team and everything works just fine on there so I'm going to transfer everything over you can create an alternate account and the game will work across the platform you're allowed to do this I read everything about Madden so I'm just going to play on my other account and I'm transferring everything over to it
I’m having same issue i’m on pc, have done everytning and can’t play head 2 head or field passes. games actually ridiculous
