Re: Madden gave me losses for games I did not play

Hey, @Nulldise 

The moment the match is loading up (even at the loading screen) that triggers the match officially starting, so any technical issue like a disconnection from the player's screen (intentional or unintentional) can result in a loss. We unfortunately are not able to adjust records by removing losses but as a Madden fan myself I know records are very important. If it's an ongoing issue please check out these steps below and don't hesitate to reach out to us here if you need any technical troubleshooting.

    I am also experiencing this issue and it’s so frustrating to the point where I don’t want the game anymore , how do I go about a refund

    Explain why my apponent got a win and I got a loss on loading screen loss

    If it was due to a connectivity issue, whoever disconnected first from the servers would get the loss.
