Re: Madden NFL 2004

I was wondering if there is any way to get a hold of old Madden/NCAA server software for games that have been "shut down" due to lack of usage so that a user/users could run private servers for achievements or is it at all possible to request a patch to be released to unlock the online achievements that are now just sitting there with no way to obtain because I was never told to begin I only had like 12 months to complete a game. I now know about the service update site via 3rd party websites so please don't use that link here.

This would be a moment where EA could make some ground back with users. I have seen a lot of posts wondering if it would be possible or why these games no longer work online. (both on this site and 3rd party gaming forums) Hopefully I don't get some robotic canned answer like always on this site but maybe get some possible answers about making requests to resolve this.

Love how 3 years later nobody can lift a finger and put a reply out.

Why is that Barry? I'm more than able to provide P2P online services to users for a game. Is the only way to get answers from EA to take you guys to a court room? EA says they want to meet the customers in the middle but you don't ever listen to us. Let me talk to somebody higher up and I can your company could clear about 400 million dollars on a 60,000 dollar creation. Oh and it would win the love and respect of your users. Push EA back to the front line of being a respected company rather than just considered rude, disrespectful or uncaring. If you guys care you know how to reach me and I'll be happy to lay out a plan to reach out to users that feel burned by your company as well as all other users.

Also Barry learn to read...I asked don't feed me a link line. It's disrespectful to an extreme. Means you don't care to speak to me. You just brushed me off. If this was a meeting I'd of called you out. You are an ambassador of the EA brand and should treat every customer with the respect you'd expect at home. If you feel ignoring them and brushing stuff off is that...You should quit your job and open your own shop up. This stuff goes deeper than just games that are not "active" as you put it. Has EA addressed or repaired the online features of Fight Night Champion yet? I bought that game not knowing it was broken and nobody was fixing it and support would blow me off.
