They should allow you to pick which 3 players are going to have X-Factor for that particular game

I figured out how to change your factor you use in game. Go the adjust lineup and go to offense or defensive let go left with your thumbstick and you can change under Zone Abilities
You can choose which 3 you want on the field by going to adjust lineup and going to zone abilities and selecting one and then it shows the rest as selectable options to replace the one you dont want.
