Hi @doppyy29 Sometimes there can be a delay in seeing a player appear in your Binder, I would recommend waiting for 24 hrs for the item to show up and completely restarting the game to verify if the item appears in MUT. 

If you continue to see issues after, reach out to our support to take a further look at your account.

    @EA_Illium I’ve been play mut since the day it dropped and I understand there have been problems with the field pass rewards, but I’ve been very patient, and I did all my campus hero challenges and played house rules and I still haven’t gotten any of my cards or rewards

    Its been more than 24 hrs and still no rewards for CH challanges rewards or H2H House Rules 87 bnd player....You fix the glitches like the issue with the set for CH but cant fix this issue? I can tell you dont support the community like your wallets
